How to make a reservation:

Required information:
- Date of arrival and departure
- Number of persons
- Address data, phone number
- Expected time of arrival
A reservation by phone is accepted only after our confirmation by e-mail.
Your stay will be confirmed and guaranteed by return e-mail.
After settlement of an advance payment of 50% of the total reservation costs, the booking is valid. The remainder can be settled upon departure.
Cheques and credit cards cannot be accepted.
In case of cancellation within 2 weeks prior to arrival date, 50% reimbursement will follow.
If a cancellation is made within this 2 weeks period, no reimbursement will be made.
